When you send an inquiry, ALÜM receives the information you choose to include — typically your name, email address, phone number and the kind of home you're looking for. The interest-list form submits your information directly to ALÜM through our website. A received confirmation means your request was recorded, not that an email was delivered or a home reserved. If you use the separate email link instead, your email app opens and you must send that message yourself. We use it to respond to you and to let you know about availability, pricing and openings at ALÜM.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Authorized team members and service providers supporting our communications may process it to respond to your request.

Analytics

This site uses privacy‑configured Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Advertising features, ad personalization and Google Signals are turned off. You can block analytics with a content blocker or your browser's settings without affecting the site.
